* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1041 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated moderate to heavy rain. This will cause urban and small stream flooding. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 1/2 inches are expected over the area through 1 pm. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Newark, Jersey City, Elizabeth, Bayonne, Mott Haven, Hoboken, Plainfield, East Tremont, Linden, Orange, Summit, Lyndhurst, Millburn, Rutherford, Secaucus, Harrison, Ridgefield, Todt Hill, Huguenot and Midtown Manhattan. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
