Astronomers just confirmed that a small asteroid called 2025 PN7 is traveling alongside Earth. It's not technically a moon, but it's close enough to earn the nickname "quasi-moon."

According to NASA's Jet Propulsion Laboratory, this little rock shares nearly the same orbit as our planet around the Sun. In other words, it's been quietly pacing us for decades, like a cosmic running partner no one noticed until now.
