While conditions have been largely calm across the central U.S. in recent days, that is all about to change starting during Easter Sunday weather.

A series of storms is on deck that will linger throughout much of next week. Here is a look at what to expect for the timing of the storms and your weekend weather forecast.

Storms to Get Their Start on Sunday in the Central U.S.

The end of March is certainly not going to go out like a lamb across some parts of the central U.S. A series of potentially damaging storms is forecast to erupt for Easter Sunday weather, bringing the risk of isolated tornadoes, hail, strong winds, and more.

The storm system will originate on the West Coast, impacting California and the interior West just ahead of Easter.
