Parade of Clippers Bringing Snow and Winds to the Midwest and the Northeast

Measurable snowfall, bitterly cold temperatures, and blustery conditions are all in the forecast this week across the Midwest and the Northeast. The inclement conditions will come at the hands of a series of Alberta clipper storms diving down from central Canada and pushing across the Great Plains, the Midwest, and into parts of the interior Northeast.

The clipper storms will come fresh on the heels of a separate winter storm that sent the flakes flying across portions of the Plains and the Midwest over the weekend. Per their name, these storms of Canadian origin will push through at a fast clip. This will limit the amount of snow that falls in any given area.
