4 days agoWhile Hurricane Kiko lost intensity over the weekend, tropical storm impacts are still on deck for much of Hawaii to start the new work week. Here is a look at what is happening across the Hawaiian Islands as Kiko moves through this part of the Pacific.
Kiko Expected to Skirt Past Hawaii Without Making a Landfall
All of Hawaii is under a state of emergency as Kiko swirls nearby. Acting Governor Sylvia Luke said that the declaration will ensure that all of the state's resources will be available to clear debris, support infrastructure, and respond to any potential damage. Kiko is continuing to move to the west-northwest as it churns to the east-southeast of the Big Island.
