Will Weather Play a Role in Super LX?

The Seattle Seahawks will meet the New England Patriots this weekend in the most anticipated sporting event of the year in the U.S. The overall forecast looks favorable for all the events leading up to the big game. This is not surprising as the Super Bowl is typically held in indoor domes or in outdoor stadiums with a history of decent weather at the beginning of February.

This year's game will kick off at 6:30 pm ET in Santa Clara, California, at Levi's Stadium, home to the San Francisco 49ers. This part of Northern California is known for foggy conditions and the chance of atmospheric rivers firing up during the winter season.
