Despite the warming trend across much of the nation, some areas of the Northeast will be under the gun for more wintry impacts in the days ahead. Read on for a closer look at the two separate rounds of snow waiting to strike this corner of the country.

Two Separate Chances of Snow for the Northeast in the Coming Days

Two different storms will target the Northeast through early next week, bringing a renewed chance of snow to the winter-weary region. Parts of the populated Interstate 95 corridor could get in on some of this late-season snow even as temperatures begin to climb.

The first system is going to slide to the southeast from Ontario, Canada, to close out the work week. This classic Alberta clipper storm will make its way into the U.S. late Friday and early Saturday. This system will produce snow of a few inches as the weekend gets started.
