There are other airports near Paris that you should consider. Orly Airport is south of the city. The Orlybus will take you to several stops in South Paris from the airport. Beauvais-Tillé Airport is about 66 miles north of Paris. Many low-cost airlines fly into this airport. Then, you can take the bus from the airport to Paris. This ride will take less than 3 hours. Bus operator Aéroport Paris Beauvais has promised to increase buses by 15% during the Olympics. It is easy to get to Paris by train from airports outside France, so tickets may be lower priced as demand will be lower. Therefore, consider flying into Brussels Airport and riding the train for about 1.5 hours or Geneva Airport and riding the train for about 3 hours.
