A massive coastal storm swept up the Eastern Seaboard over the weekend and into Monday, bringing heavy rain, strong winds, and coastal flooding. Communities from the Carolinas to New England were hit hard, with storm surges inundating streets, eroding beaches, and disrupting travel.
