Rain and Storms Renew Flooding Issues for North-Central U.S.

A large portion of the north-central U.S. will remain in the crosshairs of stormy conditions over the first week of July.

Not only will these storms usher in damaging winds, isolated tornadoes, and hail, the severe weather will also raise the risk of flooding in the water-logged region.
